Alpine Gold Fruit Juices – review done by Bekkaz

I got to try these at the Hamilton meet. I’m not a huge fruit juice drinker but I found most of these pleasant to drink. Not sure I could drink a whole glass though. The apple one was just like biting into a crisp green apple, the flavour was spot on. I’m not a fan of apple juice but this was nice. The apple and boysenberry was very nice as was the apple and raspberry but I found both too sweet for me esp. the latter. I’m not a fan of nectarine fruit but the nectarine juice was again spot on with flavour and like biting into a fresh juicy nectarine fruit. The apple and feijoa was my absolute favourite! It was perfect in sweetness and just glided down my throaty beautifully. Out of the 5, it was the only one I would be able to drink a whole glass off. I would def. buy this one again.
The last one was the apricot flavour but it was really really not for me at all. I was unable to finish my teeny glass so my 3yr old did and her reply was “yummy”.

Whittakers Berry and Biscuit Chocolate – review done by kittytig

there is not a score high enough for this. I am an absolute fan it tastes a lot like black forest chocolate. They could tone down the amount of biscuit tho, we bit too much for me. that been said it won’t stop me form eating it. My rating: 10/10

Leapfrog Scribble and Write – review done by Deedz

My daughter is over 4 1/2 when we started reviewing this, and it has been absolutely wonderful for her to practice her writing skills.
She is able to sit and “play” and learn at the same time for half an hour at a go!! It’s quite good for holding her attention. She can be quite easily distracted, so this is quite some praise!!  It’s great how it has no seperate small bits that can get lost! It’s wonderful that the pen is attached.  Its quite directive, its not just a “lost” toy if that makes sense??  My 3 year old son who is not into drawing, quite enjoys to sit down and give it a go, but as he really isnt into drawing, and writing it seems to be slightly advanced too for him. But as I say he was only 3 in sept, and I suspect in a few months, he will prob be quite into it.
It is a really sturdy little machine, but I do find the only negative is the slider at the bottom of the slider can be a bit sticky…but maybe thats just because my pre-schoolers are using it! I really rate this “toy”…haha I find it quite hard to call it a toy, as it’s a really useful tool…
